A small amount of botulinum toxin is placed into the muscle that pulls the mouth corners down (DAO). The opposing muscles can then lift the corners a little more.

Consultation and treatment
I assess your facial expressions, we set the goal together, and I treat using very fine needles. Duration: 10 minutes. You can go straight back to your day.

Will my smile change?
Not with correct placement. Only the muscle that pulls the mouth corners down is treated.
Does it help with marionette lines?
Partly. If the line is mainly caused by volume loss, botulinum toxin can only influence it to a limited extent. I'll give you an honest assessment in the consultation.
What should I keep in mind after the treatment?
Stay upright for about 4 hours, don't massage the treated area, and avoid intense exercise, sauna and strong sun for 24 hours.
