The skin under the eyes is particularly thin and moves with every smile. When the fine lines deepen, you can quickly look tired or strained.
The treatment
A very small amount of botulinum toxin is placed into the lower part of the ring muscle around the eye. The dose is deliberately low so your expression stays natural.
Possible result
The lines under the eyes can smooth out and your look can appear more awake. The relaxation can also open the eye area slightly (eye-opener effect). The effect usually lasts 3 to 4 months.

What happens after your appointment
Day 0
Consultation and treatment
I assess your facial expressions, we set the goal together, and I treat using very fine needles. Duration: 10 to 15 minutes. You can go straight back to your day.
After 3 to 7 days
The effect starts
The muscle relaxes gradually. The full result shows after about two weeks.
Day 14
Follow-up
We look at the result together. If a small adjustment is needed, it's free.
After 3 to 4 months
Top up if you like
The body breaks the product down and the effect wears off. Whether and when you top up is your decision.

Why the dose is especially careful here
The tissue under the eyes is delicate and the muscle works closely with eyelid function. That's why I only use very small amounts and check carefully beforehand whether the treatment suits you.

When the lower part of the eye muscle relaxes slightly, the eye can look a little larger and more open, without surgery.

Who is the treatment suitable for?
For fine expression lines under the eyes. For eye bags, hooded lids or significant skin laxity, botulinum toxin is not the right choice. We'll clarify this in the consultation.
Can I combine it with crow's feet?
Yes, the two areas are next to each other and are often treated together. We'll discuss the combined price beforehand.
What should I keep in mind after the treatment?
Stay upright for about 4 hours, don't massage the treated area, and avoid intense exercise, sauna and strong sun for 24 hours.
How does the follow-up work?
After 14 days we look at the result together. If a small adjustment is needed, it's included in the price.
